Photo .35 is of Mrs Laura Jane Starcher who was the first postmistress of Parma and first female mayor in the U.S. in Umatilla, Oregon in 1920. Photograph subjects include Parma, farming, cats, state of Washington, Billie Stockton Fouch, etc.
